Dr. Richard LeConey M.D.

Dr. Richard LeConey is the owner/ operator of the Institute of Antiaging Medicine and Skin Spa… Dr. LeConey earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Texas in Austin and his medical degree from the
University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston Texas, in 1977. After medical school, he continued on at UTMB as a resident in the Department of General Surgery. He then extended his studies to include Antiaging
Medicine over the next 20 years on continuing medical education. Prior to becoming interested in the problems and treatments of aging, Dr. LeConey specialized in Emergency Medicine and is also Board Certified in
Emergency Medicine. Dr. LeConey is a member of the following: American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Harris County Medical Society, Endocrine Society, American Academy of Clinical Endocrinology,
American Academy of Emergency Medicine, American Board of Antiaging Medicine. He is also a Certified Allergan trainer and Dr. LeConey is board-certified in emergency medicine and for the last 25 years has specialized in
Wellness and Antiaging Medicine. He is a certified Allergan trainer, and trains physicians and nurses in the injection of BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM®, and KYBELLA®

Dana LeConey – Owner/ Director

Dana LeConey is the Director of the Institute of Antiaging Medicine and Skin Spa. Her initial career was as a Respiratory Therapy and Cardio-Pulmonary technician. After developing an interest in flying, she returned to
school in 1987 and received her degree in Aeronautical Technology. For the next 15 years she pursued a career as a corporate pilot. In 1997, Dana began what she thought would be a temporary position as a manager for her
husband’s five primary care health centers. Inspired by the changes in the health care industry, Dana and Richard founded the Institute of AntiAging Medicine and Skin Spa. Today, Dana is the director of their thriving
healthy aging practice, focusing her energy on helping people regain and or maintain their youthful vitality and appearance. The LeConey’s are assisted at their state of the art medical and skin care facility by a
specially trained staff providing proven age-reversing treatments.

Alexa Pena – Medical Aesthetician

Alexa is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She has extensive knowledge of working with all skin types due to her years of experience in a medical spa and dermatology office setting.
Alexa enjoys engaging and interacting with people from all backgrounds and meeting all needs through exemplary customer service and aesthetic expertise. She has the passion and drive to help her patients feel comfortable and confident in the ability to transform their skin ✨

Carley – Medical Aesthetician

Nancy – RN Aesthetic Injector/ Hormone consultant

Nancy is a Registered Nurse with 20 years experience. Nancy joined the staff 10 years ago and she works closely with Dr. LeConey requarding the bio-identical hormone replacement, weight loss programs and cosmetic
injectable procedures. She has outstanding nursing skills and is dedicated to helping her patients restore their zest for life.

Erin – RN Aesthetic Injector

Erin graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration and nursing degree in 2009. Erin trained with a top plastic surgeon in injection techniques with Botox and Facial fillers and has
independently administered over 100,000 injections. Erin has a discerning aesthetic eye and her patients love the way she is able to take years off while maintaining a natural appearance.

Siti — RN & Esthetician

Siti is a Licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas. She has dedicated her career to the craft of medical aesthetics for the last 10 years. As an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, she brings an attractive blend of skill, experience and artistry to the practice.

With artistry at the forefront of her skills, Siti strives for natural results to highlight each individual’s unique qualities. Her goals are to harmonize and refresh each patients’ features so they leave feeling and looking their absolute best self.

Siti is enthusiastic about educating her patients on treatment options available to address their aesthetic needs and goals. Her genuine personal interest in each of her patients, as well as her warm personality, make every visit enjoyable!

Nataleigh – Medical Aesthetician

Nataleigh has been a board certified aesthetician since 2010. She has advanced training in laser treatments, microneedling, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, micodermabrasions, body contouring and cellulite reduction.

Nataleigh is dedicated to providing patients customize skin care regimens and specialized skin care treatments. Her goal is to target the patients needs and help them reach and maintain their desired results.

Rita – Medical Assistant

Rita joined our staff in the fall of 2010. As a medical assistant, Rita is committed to facilitating our medical staff and to assisting in coordinating patient treatments.

Mariam – Front Office Coordinator

Shannon – Office Manager

Shannon graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a degree in Healthcare Administration. She has worked at the Institute of Anti-Aging since 2008. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the practice as
well as enthusiasm, initiative and fresh ideas.

Carolyne – Marketing and Business Development

Carolyne has over 25 years of experience in customer service and business developement. She earned a B.A. degree from Baylor University and an M.B.A from the University of St. Thomas. Carolyne’s experience with The
Institute of Anti- Aging as a patient began in 2009. She sought treatment with Dr. LeConey for Hormone Replacement Therapy and Thyroid. The treatment results were amazing, both physically and emotionally. After having
such a positive experience with Dr. LeConey and the rest of our staff, Carolyne decided to join our team in 2014.
