Bioidentical Hormones

Hormones play a critical role in maintaining optimal wellness, influencing virtually every detail of your physical metabolic well-being and mood. The treatment is especially effective for women who are going through symptoms of menopause or perimenopause but can also be used by men or women who are experiencing age-related hormone imbalances.

Bioidentical hormone therapy is a treatment that involves administering bio-chemically identical hormones in your body. Since they are absolutely identical to our natural hormones, they will mimic your body’s own hormones. They can treat deficiency and restore balance, bringing you into a state of optimal wellness. Whether you have an imbalance of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, or others; a therapeutic regimen of bioidentical hormones can be custom-tailored for the desired effect.

  • Recovery & Results:

Unlike surgery and procedures, there is no actual recovery period for bioidentical hormones. Some benefits like improved sleep and mood can be felt in the first few days.

Patients typically notice more improvement within a few weeks after the treatment as menopausal symptoms fade and wellness improves. Full results can be seen after about three months, which will last as long as the treatment is taken.

IV Vitamin Therapy

Vitamins keep you functioning properly, with the nourishments improving your general wellness. Most people get their vitamins from the foods they consume and their time outdoors, but that is not always possible for everyone. A deficiency can compromise health status, whether it is caused by poor diet, illness, or other factors.

IV vitamin infusions, “drips” are an excellent way to boost your wellness, as it sends the nutrients directly into your bloodstream. As the solution bypasses the stomach, it becomes easier for the body to absorb some hard-to-absorb nutrients like vitamin D, B12, and glutathione, among others, and enjoy the healthy benefits. Each mix is customizable based on what you are lacking and can contain nutrients like saline solutions, electrolytes, vitamins, and many more.

  • Recovery & Results

There is little to no recovery to expect after IV vitamin therapy. However, you can expect some inflammation at the site of the infusion, as well as some bruising. Keep the area clean to prevent infections.

The benefits are an improvement in energy felt the first day, as you should be more hydrated thanks to the saline. Your general state of wellness should improve significantly. Within one week, the other vitamins should also start taking effect. The results typically last about two to three weeks, so an IV vitamin therapy treatment is recommended every month.

Weight Loss via Semaglutide

Excess weight can endanger your general wellness by making you susceptible to high-risk weight-related conditions. These risks include diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack and stroke, and more. Exercise and diet can keep weight under control, but sometimes medical conditions, life’s circumstances, and a wide array of factors contribute to making weight loss difficult to impossible using traditional methods.

Semaglutide treatments can help reduce excess weight by reducing your cravings and helping you control how much you eat. The medication is a GLP-1 receptor agonist that mimics the one in your brain that regulates your appetite. Once injected, it helps the pancreas stimulate more insulin when sugar levels are high. Originally used against type 2 diabetes, it also gives you the impression that you are fuller faster.

Aside from regulating the appetite and controlling your cravings, semaglutide treatments also slow the stomach emptying process down. This helps you feel fuller for a longer time. It can be used in the long term until you reach your goals.

  • Recovery & Results

Even though semaglutide is a medical treatment, there is no recovery that you usually expect with procedures like surgery. That said, you can experience some side effects in the first few weeks, especially as your body grows accustomed to the substance. The most common are mild nausea, mild constipation, indigestion, and mild headaches. All of which are manageable by adjusting the dosage.

Results vary from one person to another. For the most part, patients taking a 2.4 mg dose of semaglutide every week can notice a six percent weight loss by the 12th week. You should mix the treatment with a healthy diet and a regular exercise routine to get the best results.
